Many of these patterns aren’t truly our own — they are behaviors we’ve adopted or developed over time.
Transformational Retreats are in my DNA
Travel and unplugging has always been good for my soul.
When I was 17 years old, I received the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship to spend my senior year of high school studying abroad in Germany. Living in another country at such a formative time in my life shifted something inside of me. Being immersed in a different culture opened my perspective and allowed me to see the world through an entirely new lens.
When I returned home, I knew one thing for certain — travel would always be part of my life in some way. It had shown me how powerful it can be to step outside of our familiar surroundings and experience life from a different perspective.
Over the years I began to notice something important. When people step away from their normal environment, something begins to shift. The constant pace of daily life slows down, the nervous system settles, and space opens up for deeper reflection and insight.
That realization is what inspired me to begin creating destination retreats. I host retreats in beautiful natural environments such as Costa Rica, Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado — places where nature itself invites people to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. These experiences weave together mindfulness practices, coaching conversations, energy work, and meaningful connection with others.
When people give themselves permission to step away for a few days, they often begin to see their lives more clearly. Patterns become visible, new perspectives emerge, and the path forward starts to feel lighter and more intentional.
What I love most is watching people return home with renewed energy, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger connection to their authentic voice — ready to step back into their lives and leadership with clarity and confidence.
